Ride With Confidence Mini Audio
Here is a super mini training which WILL help you if you often say the sentence ‘I could really do without this right now’.
What your really doing when you say this is blaming the uncontrollable external’s for the way your feeling and ditching the responsibility to take charge of your own emotional state. Here’s a few examples when riders might say this fateful sentence…
- other riders, for example in a warm up, are not behaving how she would expect them to conduct themselves. And as a result it affects her your own ride.
- your horse deciding to be fruity when you’ve had a long day
- a situation at home when your already feeling ‘on the edge’.
That’s just to name a few – but ultimately if you struggle with the feeling of distraction / loss of focus / demotivation and even high emotion when something just tips you into ‘I could really do without this right now’ Then this training will help!
