Freedom Program Terms & Conditions

1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and participation in Freedom (the “Program”). By purchasing the Program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who we are
The Program is provided by Coaching for Confidence (“we”, “us”, “our”), owned and operated by Alex Fleming.

3. What you receive
Your purchase includes:

• Lifetime access to the Freedom Program materials (as defined in Section 4)
• 12 months’ access to The Coaching for Confidence Academy (the “Academy”) (as defined in Section 5)

The specific inclusions (for example: training modules, implementation roadmap, live coaching calls, WhatsApp support, community access, hypnosis portal, training library, bonuses, and any other resources) are as described on the sales page at the time you purchase (the “Sales Page”).

4. “Lifetime access” – what it means
When we say “lifetime access”, we mean access for the lifetime of the Program as offered by our business, not your lifetime.

This means:

• You will be able to access the Program materials for as long as we continue to operate the business and continue to make the Program available.
• We may update, replace, add to, or retire content over time.
• We may change the platform, login method, or method used to deliver the Program.

We will make reasonable efforts to give notice if we plan to retire the Program or make a material change that affects access.

5. Academy access (12 months access)
Your purchase includes 12 months’ access to the Academy starting from the date you are granted access (or the date of purchase, if access is granted immediately).

After the 12-month period ends:

• Your Academy access will end unless you choose to continue.
• If we offer a roll-in / pay-as-you-go continuation option, you may opt in and pay the applicable fee(s) at the then-current rate.
• Continuation is optional and not required to keep your lifetime access to the core Freedom Program materials.

We may change the continuation options, pricing, and what is included in the Academy from time to time.

6. Payment terms
You agree to pay the price shown at checkout (including any payment plan you select).

If you choose a payment plan (including third-party payment providers such as Klarna and Clearpay where available):

• You are committing to the full plan amount.
• Payments must be made on the agreed dates.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is brought up to date.

7. No refunds / early cancellation
Because you receive immediate access to digital content and/or services, all sales are final and no refunds are available, including if:

• you decide not to continue,
• you do not use the Program,
• your circumstances change,
• you leave part-way through the 12-month Academy access period,
• you do not attend live sessions,
• you do not use WhatsApp/community support,
• you do not complete the Program.

If you are on a payment plan, you are still responsible for completing all payments.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

8. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:

• use the Program for your own personal use only (unless we explicitly agree otherwise)
• provide accurate information when purchasing
• engage respectfully in any community spaces

We may remove you from community spaces (without refund) if your behaviour is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or repeatedly disruptive.

9. Intellectual property and permitted use
All Program materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

• access and use the materials for your personal use
• download or print materials for your personal use (where functionality allows)

You may not:

• share login details
• copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute materials
• share or publish hypnosis audios, training videos, written resources, or call replays
• record, republish, or share any live sessions (unless we explicitly say you can)

10. Confidentiality
If the Program includes group spaces, you agree to keep other participants’ personal information and shared experiences confidential.

11. Disclaimers
The Program provides education, tools, and support. It does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

The Program is not medical, legal, or financial advice.

12. Access, availability, and technical issues
We aim to provide reliable access, but we do not guarantee that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not responsible for:

• your internet connection or device issues
• third-party platform outages

13. Changes to the Program
We may update the Program content, structure, schedule, or delivery method to keep it current and useful. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, including misuse of materials or non-payment.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
